We generally dispatch order the same or next working day once payment has been confirmed and not prior. Delays can occur during peak times, dependent on courier schedule. Track number will be provided to you after order has been dispatched.
Please ensure that your address is correct before paying, we have no responsibility for lost times that are sent to a wrong address you provide. However, we are happy to help you to chase up parcel. Any fee occurred will be paid by buyer.
* Refunds will be offered on items that arrive Dead on Arrival, AND we are unable to repair the item or provide a replacement of equal or greater functionality.
* Refunds will not be offered if items are not compatible with buyers system OR buyer is unable to operate or assemble item. Buyer must ensure that systems are checked for compatibility prior to purchase/bidding.
* Refunds will not be offered after the item has been used.
* Products must be returned with all accessories including their original packing materials, cartons and boxes to eligible for refund.
* Item was 'not what you expected it to be' or 'not what you imagined it to be
* Original postage charges are non-refundable.
* All items must be returned to us for full assessment BEFORE refund will be issued.
* Refunds are processed by us at the end of each week.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
* We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead On Arrival (DOA).
* The Buyer must check their item immediately and report any damages or faults to the seller within 48hrs of having received their item. We reserve the rights to refuse any claims that are made after this time frame.
* Buyer has the responsibility and expense of sending back the faulty item.
* The return postage must be paid entirely by the Buyer.
* We will repair the item where possible or send a replacement. Refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available.
* All warranty claims must be made by the original buyer of the item. Warranty is not transferable beyond original buyer.
* All accessories and bonus gifts are not covered by warranty.
* Delivery docket, buyer details will be required as proof of purchase.
* Incorrect assembly, misuse, abuse or use of a product for which it was not designed
* Damage from neglect or careless storage.
* Unauthorised repairs.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
