Our Extended Care plans are the best way to protect your brand new goodies for the long haul.
Extended Care doesn’t just extend the protection of your new product. For sales after 01/03/2019, it also includes priority support and service, as well as covering you for mishaps such as accidental drops and spills!

Why Choose Extended Care?
If your product is accidentally damaged by spills or drops, you’ll be covered for up to three years for repairs and replacements. A service fee may appliy. Only valid for Extended Care purchased after 01/03/2019.

Parts and Labour Cover
If you have a valid claim under your Extended Care plan, you’ll be covered for the cost of parts and labour required to repair your product to normal working order. All assessments and repairs will be carried out by an Authorised Repair Agent.
Freight and Repair Fees Covered
If you have a valid claim under your Extended Care plan, you’ll be covered for the freight and repair fees required to send your product to our Authorised Repair Agents and back to you.
On-site Collection for Big Appliances
If your big screen TV or appliance is too large to be sent return paid by post, we'll arrange on-site courier collection for you.
If you decide to sell your product while covered by Extended Care, you can transfer the plan over to the new owner.
