Items Damaged in Transit
We take great care to pack your items securely, but sometimes damage can occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of:

Items Lost in Transit
If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us via the Order History in your Account dashboard so we can follow up with the freight carrier. You may also contact the courier directly, as sometimes the receiver’s enquiry can help resolve the issue faster.
While the item is still in transit, we are unable to cancel, refund, or resend your order. However, if the courier confirms that the item is lost, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.
Incorrect Addresses and Redirections
Please double-check your delivery address when placing an order. Once we dispatch your order, we cannot change the delivery address or redirect the parcel. After dispatch, the shipment is no longer under our control.
If you need to change the delivery address after dispatch, please contact the shipping carrier directly to request a redirection. Keep in mind that redirection services are subject to the carrier’s policies and may not always be available.

The item must be unused and in its original condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
