Return Policies
Returns (Change of Mind):
Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund if unused and in resalable condition (original packaging intact, no damage/missing parts).
7 days to 6 weeks: 80% refund (unused, resalable condition)
6 weeks to 3 months: 50% refund (unused, resalable condition)
After 3 months: No refund.
Faulty Products:
Report within 7 days of delivery for full refund. Follow brand-specific return procedures.
Conditions:
All returns require approval. Contact us first for a Return Authorization.
All items undergo testing/verification before reund is issued.
Items must be undamaged, complete, and resalable. Opened packaging is allowed if the product is unused.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are your responsibility

Delivery Timeframes
Once your order is processed, you will receive an automatic email with your order number for tracking and reference.
No shipping or processing on weekends or public holidays.
Typical delivery timeframe: 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Please note: High order volumes may cause delays. If so, we will contact you directly.
Once dispatched, delivery delays caused by the courier are outside our control. We will still assist with tracking and resolving issues wherever possible.

Warranty Terms
Covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
Does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, improper installation, or misuse.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Warranty period begins on the purchase date.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
