If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days from the date you receive the goods, for replacement or refund (terms and conditions, and exclusions apply). The item must be:
• In saleable and undamaged condition.
• In its original unopened and sealed packaging; and
• Accompanied with proof of purchase.
If the box is opened or damaged, or if the item is used, then a 20% restocking fee may apply. We do not cover return shipping for change-of-mind purchases, if the item is still new, unused and sealed a 10% change-of-mind fee will be deducted.
If you enter the incorrect name or shipping details and the item is returned to us via courier, you will be subject to an RTS (return to sender) fee if we are unable to change the details before dispatch, as well as a reshipping fee (dependent on the weight of the item). We are not responsible for these changes if there is a mistake entered by the buyer.
This policy is in addition to and is not intended to limit, any rights or remedies you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Products from the categories listed below are excluded from this policy due to hygienic reasons (except where they are faulty):
• Personal care, hygiene, and grooming.
• Appliances that have been used in the preparation of food or beverages.
• Shipping, delivery, and installation fees.
If you have a problem with your goods, please contact us. We will investigate your issues and advise you whether your product may be returned and, where required, provide you with instructions on how to return your goods.
Once an item is returned we will either inspect your goods and investigate any claimed defect or in some cases, send the goods to third parties for assessment and/or repair. Where applicable we provide a remedy in relation to your goods.
If we do not believe a remedy is applicable upon inspecting your goods (for example, where we believe the goods have been misused, or there was a failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, used it in an abnormal way or there has been a failure to take reasonable care), we will reject your claim and return your goods to you. You must cover the cost of return shipping in order to receive goods we have rejected on inspection, and we will provide you with instructions on how to make this payment.
Refunds will be issued using the payment method used for purchase. We aim to process refunds and replacements within 30 days of receipt by us of the original product.
Our products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period stated on the warranty card for the products. The Manufacturer’s warranty is in addition to and in no way excludes, restricts, or modifies all rights and remedies set forth by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (1993) and any other statutory rights that you may be entitled to.
To claim the Manufacturer’s warranty please follow the returns process above. We will then, at our discretion, either repair or replace the defective parts or product. This Manufacturer’s warranty is subject to us being satisfied that a defect or failure was caused by defective workmanship or materials and was not caused by or contributed to by other factors or circumstances beyond our control, including (but not limited to) defective installation, maintenance or repair, alteration or modification of the product in a manner not recommended by the manufacturer or any neglect, misuse or excessive use. This warranty does not cover products purchased second-hand.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
