Return Policies

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns for eligible items where:

  • the return request is made within 14 days of delivery
  • the item is returned in its original packaging
  • all included accessories, manuals, and parts are returned
  • the item is in new condition and suitable for resale
  • the item has not been damaged after delivery

For approved change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and return transit risk. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, and for higher value items, an insured delivery service.

If a change of mind return does not meet the above conditions, the item may be returned to the customer at the customer’s cost. Where appropriate, we may also work with the customer to agree on another reasonable resolution.

Returns Outside Change of Mind Conditions

If a customer requests a return after the 14-day period, or wishes to return an opened, used, or damaged item for change of mind, we may assess the request under our standard returns policy and at our discretion where permitted by law.

Excluded Categories for Change of Mind

The following categories are generally excluded from change of mind returns unless accepted at our discretion:

  • large and/or bulky appliances and furniture
  • cosmetics, beauty, and personal care products where packaging or hygiene seals have been opened, broken, or tampered with
  • perishable goods and food items
  • selected pantry products
  • selected jewellery items
  • adult products
  • downloadable software products
  • personalised or made-to-order goods
  • goods where GST has been claimed under the Tourist Refund Scheme, unless proof of GST repayment on return to Australia is provided

These exclusions do not affect any rights the customer may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect or Not as Described Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may include:

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us with your order number, reason for return, and photos where relevant.

If the return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return the item. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Estimated standard delivery time is generally 2 to 8 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier network.
