Return Policies

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photos or a short description to help assess the issue.

Depending on the case, we will offer one of the following:

• Replacement of the item (if stock is available),
• Full refund, or
• Partial refund (if the item is still usable and you agree to keep it).

Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by us.

Warranty Policies

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
