If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Contact us with your name, the reference number for the your purchase, and what you would like to return.
- We will send you a return number to use when you send us your return, and provide more information on return address etc.
If you have returned something and not received a refund within 7 days please contact us.
Rural delivery will take longer. We can not guarantee delivery and dispatch times but we try very hard to get orders out fast. While we often dispatch orders on weekends the couriers do not collect these until the next working day.
When your order is sent you will get an email with the tracking number that you can click on to track your order and arrange redelivery, or giving authority to leave without a signature.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
