All return, replacement and refund claims should be messaged and raised within 5 days after parcel is delivered otherwise not accepted
All products are genuine and authentic and should not be reason for claims and returns
All claims should be filed with photos of all sides of the delivered parcel, the shipping label sticker, the delivery note inside the box, all sides of the products being claimed
Orders pending for return should have original packaging and content retained in original delivered condition and content without disposal or claim can be refused
Product seals, wrapping and boxes must not be altered or damaged and products cannot be opened or otherwise return can be refused due to hygienic reasons
Return reasons due to change of mind or wrong product purchased are NOT ELIGIBLE for return, replacement and refund
Fragrances / perfumes and hair care products are NOT ELIGIBLE for return, replacement and refund
Return parcels should be sent with prepaid shipping charges and insured for the full purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Administrative, handling charges and restock charges may apply depending on the circumstances of the return
If the package is not successfully signed for and returned due to the customer's personal reasons, the customer will be liable for the round-trip shipping cost
Defective product and delivery issue cases may require investigation up to 7 days
Successful return claims may require up to 7 days to process refunds
Products sold are shipped directly from Hong Kong. The average processing time is 2-3 working days and the average delivery time is 7-12 working days. The items will be packed carefully but collisions during express delivery are inevitable with light dents to exterior packaging. Delivery addresses must be confirmed correct and cannot be changed after order is placed. Charges may apply for incorrect addresses destined for returns, address changes or redeliveries. Cancellation is not acceptable once order is confirmed.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
