Damaged or Faulty Items
All orders are packed with care. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos. We will arrange a replacement in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for items that are faulty or damaged. We do not offer exchanges for different designs or products.
Change of Mind
As most of our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once production has commenced. Please ensure your selection is final before placing your order.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Timeframes
All issues must be reported within 60 days of purchase. We are unable to assess or resolve claims reported after this period.

We ship Australia-wide from our Melbourne warehouse.
All products are made to order within 3 to 5 business days. Once production is complete, orders are dispatched via Australia Post. Tracking details are provided as soon as the parcel has been sent.

Warranty and Product Use
Our decorative wall and furniture decals are designed for use on smooth, clean, fully cured, and well-prepared surfaces.
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements where issues occur due to unsuitable wall conditions, including but not limited to textured walls, unprimed or flaking paint, low VOC or stain-resistant paints, recently painted walls (less than 4 weeks), or improper surface preparation.
Installation instructions are provided with every order. We strongly recommend testing a small area before full application.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
