Delays may occur during peak times i.e. Christmas, Public Holidays, etc. If order has been placed on weekend or on public holidays it will be dispatched on next working day.
If an order is returned back to our warehouse for any reason such as an undeliverable address provided, BroDeals reserves the right to charge any additional costs to the buyer for re-delivering the order.
If you receive a damaged parcel or the tracking shows delivered while you haven't received the parcel please contact us, we can send a replacement or can lodge an inquiry for you.
In case of damaged item, receiver should check the parcel thoroughly before signing the consignment. We reserve the right to decline replacement/refund if consignment signed as “good order” at the time of delivery.
Receiver can also decline delivery if courier driver insist to sign it before checking the damage. In this case, please report back to us and we will complain for that driver to courier management.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, newspaper, the magazine cannot be returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

- CD, DVD, VHS tape, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
