About the Chuck Revolving Plate:
The chuck plate is designed for supporting work pieces during process to be fitted for standard 80mm 3-jaw self centering lathe chuck.
Triple ball bearing design.
The main body and taper shank are made of high quality carbon steel and hardened for high performance and stability.
Morse taper : 3 MT.
Accuracy: 0.0002”.

Self centering lathe chuck will open all jaws simultaneously.

3 Pinion around the chuck body for access to open or close the chuck jaws.

Each pinion machined and hardened to HRC 43.

Both sides of the jaw teeth and guides are ground and hardened to RC 58-62 .

Each set of supplied jaws are uniquely stamped for easy identification.

The scroll plates thread flank has been machined on both sides to achieve tighter contact with the master jaw.

Each precision assembly goes through rigorous accuracy and action inspection to ensure repeated uniform clamping action.
