The Bordo BSPT Chrome Alloy Die Nut is designed for restoring, repairing, or forming external BSPT (British Standard Pipe Taper) threads, especially in tight or restricted spaces where a traditional button die cannot be used. Its compact profile makes it ideal for on-site maintenance and pipe-threading applications.

Manufactured from durable chrome alloy steel, this die nut is suited for creating or chasing threads on non-ferrous metals and plastics. BSPT (Rc Series) threads follow the 55o Whitworth form and feature a tapered profile that increases in diameter to form a pressure-tight seal when mated with a corresponding internal tapered thread.
