Pull out the PP plastic bits to clean. Keep your cat water dispenser cat safe. They water might get filtered but those filters can get clogged over time. Rinse down the bits your cat touches.
Make sure your cat and dog have access to fresh water at all times. A healthy pet is one with access to clean water. Fill up your pet fountain. Plug it in. Turn it on. Occasionally top up with water. Done.
