Operation:

The SFC – KC – S120 generates brief, high – voltage pulses transferred to the electric fence. These pulses are designed to deter animals by delivering a non – harmful shock that causes a momentary fright without lasting damage. The voltage drops from 8.7KV to 1.2KV upon contact with the fence.

Recharging:

• Battery Life: The energizer can operate for up to 21 days on a full charge with limited sunlight.
• Charging: Full charge can be maintained with three days of good sunlight. Optional main charger available for recharging in low – light conditions.

Preparation for Use:

1. Mounting: Secure the unit to a wall or suitable post.
2. Solar Panel Adjustment: Position the solar panel at a 90 – degree angle to the sun.
3. Grounding: Connect the grounding terminal to a grounding rod (not supplied).
4. Fence Connection: Attach the red line terminal to the fence wire.
5. Powering On/Off: Rotate the On/Off lever to the ON position to start and OFF to stop.
