Screws directly onto the buttress thread after the valve. Comes complete with a Snap – On tap connector for use with a Snap – On hose connector to standard 1/2” (13 mm) garden hose.

Main Description:

This is an IBC adapter with brass bib tap and Snap – On Tap connector. Allows the attachment of a standard 1/2” (13 mm) garden hose in conjunction with a Snap – On hose connector. These fittings are Hoselock compatible. The tap also acts as useful back up safety valve, or for fine flow control.

These items are supplied fully assembled and not in Kit Form.

An S60×6 Buttress thread measures 60 mm across from thread edge to thread edge and has a 6 mm pitch (distance between the threads).

If your tank buttress is not an S60×6 (about 20% are not) you can purchase a Buttress Thread Converter which will convert the thread to the S60×6 you will require.
