405 is a light weight spray basting temporary adhesive suitable for most fabric of light to medium weight

These sprays and fix adhesive are water based products that are perfect for basting your quilts and craft projects. Gone are the days of meticulously pinning every few inches of your quilt, simply spray on a light layer of the 505 spray and fix adhesive and press the two fabrics together. Your project is now stuck together until washed.

What Are the Differences between them :

505 is a medium spray basting temporary adhesive suitable for most fabrics

405 is a light weight spray basting temporary adhesive suitable for most fabric of light to medium weight

Features of 405 Basting Spray and Fix Adhesives:

• Temporarily adheres fabrics & papers
• Does not gum up sewing needles and has no mist.
• Odourless and colorless.
• Will not make the quilt top sticky if applied to back of pattern.
• Outstanding for machine applique, quilting, and embroidery. Use to baste quilt layers in preparation for quilting. – Excellent when used with tear-away and continuous machine quilting patterns.
• Holds the stabilizing interface in place for machine embroidery.
• Does not transfer onto the foundation material.
