Ribbed Butter Pat / Gnocchi Ridger Paddles - set of 2 - Keller Bursten

These maple wood butter paddles are used to shape homemade butter and make lovely butter curls.

Ribbed butter pats are the best way to cut and shape your own butter without it melting. The ridges help to hold the butter, but also impart an attractive design. You can also use the butter pats as gnocchi ridgers.

Before use they are soaked in water, so the butter will not stick. Rinse with warm water after use and leave to dry.

Contains 2 butter pats made from maple wood. Each ribbed butter pat is 18cm long.

Maple wood is odourless, non-toxic, highly durable, and can tolerate gentle washing after use. Maple is therefore a popular wood choice for kitchen utensils.
