"Quite disappointed with this paper as it appears to be heavily and unevenly externally sized and as such behaves like an average quality hot pressed paper. I use Roman Szmal watercolors and find that they have a tendency to just sit on top of this paper, rather than get absorbed into the fibres. Think I'll stick to my Baohong medium or rough as it is so much nicer to use."

"What the title says, and it is also the cheapest one. Cheaper then non cotton watercolour sketchbooks too. The paper is great, no buckling, absorbs the paint like a charm. Lifts paint just fine. Layers beautifully. It is a challenge to overwork the paper. You can go layer on layer and the paper can handle it. Fab value"
