Member"Mighty Ape gave a refund as, unfortunately, this chair didn't manage to withstand daily gaming and study use for the son (who is well below the weight limit). By the end of a year, it was no longer fit for purpose. The back become askew as the support mechanisms are not equal on both sides of the chair, with the reclining lever located on the right providing a different level of structural support versus the left. The reclining lever malfunctioned resulting in the back being unable to maintain its neutral upright position when sat in and leaned on. The chair material wore out in the front padded thigh support area (but as the chair is not leather this will happen over time). May be more durable if not used on a regular daily basis."
