"The package was not intact at delivery. It is heavy. I was worried the unit might be damaged. There was a small dent but didnt affect the install. You must find a wall stud to mount to. The action of the bracket is perfect for what I wanted. It moves forward so I can clean and get to the back of the tv. It swivels side to side so I can watch from different locations of the room. And it doesn't sit too far off the wall. Its been up for 2 weeks and makes a difference in the room. Tidy."
