"I was impressed by how well it was packed, the product could not have been more protected apart from me picking it up from a store. It is very easy to use and simple in its programming. Sometimes electronic gadgets are not particularly user friendly, this one is, easy to understand and easy to use. So far only I've only used it once to 'figure it out' and was very pleased at the result. I've now gathered all the ingredients to make scrumptious healthy snacks, cakes and biscuits. It certainly saves on energy costs without having to fire up the full oven, next is sweet potato chips with sour cream. Looking forward to pumpkin and sour cream scones with cheese topping. Definitely worth it."

"Have only used twice but so far I like it. I like the removable trays and it is easy to clean. It cooked the food well. It is rather tall and a bit heavy so I am not able to store it on a high pantry shelf as intended. Happy with the applicance so far."
