Note for charger:

Standby Mode and Activation

When a 1.2V Ni-MH battery is inserted in standby mode, a slow flashing red light indicates activation/identification. This process typically completes within 10 minutes.
For 1.5V lithium batteries that have not been deeply discharged, no activation is required, and identification completes within 1 second.
For over-discharged 1.5V lithium batteries, due to the very small 0V activation current, the red and green lights will flash alternately during activation.

Error Indication

If activation fails, or if a faulty battery or an incorrect battery type (e.g., Alkaline or 3.6/3.7V Li-ion) is inserted, the charger will flash red rapidly to indicate a charging error.

Charging Completion

When charging is complete, the steady red light will switch to a steady green light.
