 The GND Rapid Fire Black Speed Rope features knurled metal handles for the ultimate grip while skipping and an adjustable length for a one-size fits all system that even the tallest and shortest amongst us can use with ease.

Simply remove the black plastic cap from one end of the rope and then loosen the screw at the top of the handle and pull the cord until the desired length is reached, then firmly tighten screw and remove the excess length of cord and replace the black plastic cap (it is suggested that you trim only one end of the cord).

The best part is no tools needed, it can all be done by hand and completely adjusted in only seconds.
