If you need to control entry points to a building automatically, it is highly likely that you will need a quality door strike. Once power is applied to the strike , the latch releases and the door can be pushed open. This strike will operate from nominal 12V AC or DC, making it ideal for just about any application. It has a “fail secure” configuration, which means if the power goes off, the strike will remain locked. Ideal for security doors, building entrance / exits, secured stock areas, after hours access, garage, etc.
Note: Designed to be powered momentarily ie: long enough to “buzz” somebody into a premises. Power must not be constantly applied to the strike
