The Elite Cardio Mitt Kit includes, the Elite Tempo Cardio Glove and Elite Cardio Punch Mitt giving you the perfect 1-2 combo to get you started on your boxing journey. Gloves are designed for speed-style training and target control. They feature a full wrist wrap strap for a secure fit and an open thumb design for proper fist positioning. These gloves offer a dual-layer foam combination for a balance of lightweight and protection and are suitable for use on heavy bags and mitt work. However, they are not recommended for sparring. The gloves also have an integrated grip bar to help prevent injuries during training, and a full mesh palm for temperature control and breathability. Punch Mitts are light weight yet protective with a single layer of flat foam and canvas impact surface.
