Live Technical Support
Contact us for free technical support Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm (AEST), or contact us on the weekends between 10am and 6pm.
If you're having any issues with your product, our Technical Support team will promptly assist you with any questions you may have.
Parts and Labour Cover
If you have a valid claim under your Extended Care plan, you’ll be covered for the cost of parts and labour required to repair your product to normal working order. All assessments and repairs will be carried out by an Authorised Repair Agent.
All Freight and Service Fees Covered
If you have a valid claim under your Extended Care plan, you’ll be covered for the freight and service fees required to send your product to our Authorised Repair Agents and back to you.
On-site Warranty Collection for Big Screen TVs and Air Conditioners
If your big screen TV (42” or larger) or appliance is too large to be sent return paid by post, we'll arrange on-site courier collection for you.
If you decide to sell your product while covered by Extended Care, you can transfer the plan over to the new owner.
No Lemon Policy
If your product requires more than three separate and distinct repairs under your Extended Care plan, we’ll replace it with a like for like product.
Automatic DOA Replacement
If your product is dead upon arrival, we'll arrange for an immediate replacement to be sent to you.
