Why do I have two items with the same tracking but only one has arrived?
When multiple items are dispatched with one tracking number, they are usually delivered together.
On rare occasions, the carrier may deliver items in separate deliveries. If the rest of your order has not arrived within 3 business days, please contact the carrier for further information.
