Rainchecks
If your local Dick Smith store has sold out of a currently advertised line, we will happily issue you a raincheck. This assures you of being able to buy the original item (or a comparable product) at the advertised price – even if the original promotion has ended. Naturally, rainchecks do not apply to items that have been advertised as ‘limited’, ‘discounted’ or ‘clearance’ lines, or where the terms and conditions explicitly exclude rainchecks.
Dick Smith does not offer rainchecks for products sold online.
