Pre-orders
Pre-order allows you to order an item through our website in advance of the product's release date.
Pre-orders are only offered from time to time and are generally only offered on high demand products such as new release games.
If an item is available for pre-order it will advise on the product details page that it is available for pre-order and the release date. You can add this to your cart and check out normally. The item will ship to arrive to you by the release date.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order.
Delivery
We will ship your order so it arrives by the release date. You will receive an email update when the item has left our warehouse. This will contain a link so you can track your order.In some parts of New Zealand, and international South Pacific countries, the delivery may take a little longer.
