International orders
Dick Smith ships to the following international locations; American Samoa, Cook Islands, Fiji, French Polynesia, Federated States of Micronesia, Norfolk Island, New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, Western Samoa. To check our pricing and estimated delivery times click here.
International orders are GST exempt. We will remove GST during our checkout process prior to you making your payment. Remember, however, that you may have to pay customs and importing charges at your end (if applicable).
We cannot supply full customs documentation, but all parcels include the required customs declarations. We would also remind overseas customers that our guarantees are 'ex-store'. The New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply to the overseas supply of goods.
International returns
If, for any reason, goods are returned to us from overseas (e.g. for service, etc) it is absolutely essential that Customs documents are included. If they are not, it can be a very costly process to obtain Customs Clearance and this charge must be paid by the customer. Failure to include Customs documents can also result in long delays. You will need to contact our customer service team to arrange an international return.
